FAQs

Are you the right therapist for me?

I take a person-centered approach. You are the expert of yourself. Therapy with me isn’t about giving you answers, but helping you access your own.

Will you help me find my patterns?

Yes. Together, we explore the beliefs and behaviors that have been infused into your life and how to shift the ones that no longer serve you.

Do we have to revisit trauma to heal from it?

Not always. My approach is forward-focused and trauma-informed. We’ll work to understand what you’re carrying and how to move through it with awareness and support.

Do you incorporate spirituality into therapy?

Yes, if that’s important to you. I often integrate energy work and chakra balancing into our sessions. You get to decide how spiritual or clinical this work feels.

What methods do you use?

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which means we’ll explore how your thoughts influence your emotions. But I also bring in somatic awareness and energetic tools when it’s helpful.

Who do you work with?

I specialize in supporting clients ages 15–70 who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, and spiritual exploration. I work best with external processors and deep feelers. If something is outside my scope, I’ll always refer you to the right support.

What should I know before starting?

This is hard work. You’re already agreeing to change, and that alone is powerful. Therapy may bring symptoms to the surface. That’s part of the process. But I’ll be here with you every step.

What do you want clients to remember after?

You have to feel to heal. The work you do here can shift your perspective, your nervous system, and your life.
